Our rooms guarantee your privacy, while their understated elegance and harmonious colors will soothe and relax. They are modern and tastefully decorated – and offer magnificent views onto the tropical forest, rivers, and ocean.

We have designed our Suites and Junior Suites with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Both the location and the design of our 36 rooms are without parallel. A color scheme in harmony with the natural environment, elegant teak furniture, abstract art and nature-inspired art combined with sustainability and love of the outdoors: these are the features of our 10 Suites and 26 Junior Suites. The baths of the Panorama and the Jungle Suites differ in interior design, but nearly all offer a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape. To underline the elegance and natural flair in our rooms, we chose not to include television sets. All rooms have air-conditioning and fans. Choose from four room categories.

The Jungle Suites offer an idyllic view of unspoiled nature. The Panorama Suites open up to a spectacular ocean vista and partially an additional riverview. Our exclusive and elegant Flor Blanca Suites present a breath-taking outlook onto the lush surroundings and the ocean. Our Motmot Suites offer a majestic view from the highest point of the resort over jungle, river and to the pacific ocean. They are especially suitable for families due to their size and a second separate room.

The rates for our rooms depend on the category and the travel season. Room rates are per room and night (excl. 13% VAT) and include breakfast, a contribution to promoting education and nature conservation, and access to the adjacent nature reserve Reserva Biológica (prices subject to change). In rooms large enough for more than two guest (max. 1-2 additional persons allowed), rates increase by USD 30 per night and person, children under 7 stay free of charge (incl. breakfast). All rooms are non-smoking; pets are not allowed.

RESERVATION POLICIES

Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11.00 am. The hotel will make every effort to accommodate requests for early arrivals and late departure. A special luggage room will be available at all times.

Rates:
- Base rate is for 2 guests
- Extra person in room has an additional cost per night
- Prices in US dollar

Payment policy for Non-Refundable rates:
- All reservations made with a non-refundable rate must prepay the full amount at the booking
- Nonrefundable in case of cancellation or modification

No Show policy:
- No refunds for No-Shows
- The room is automatically released the day after the check-in date.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Peak season (from December 23rd to January 3rd):
- Payment in full is required to confirm the reservation.
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 61 days prior to the arrival date (Bank fees apply).
- NO REFUNDS in the event of cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to the arrival date.

High Season (from January 4th to April 15th, July 1st to August 31st and from November 1st to December 22nd):
- Payment in full is required to confirm the reservation.
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 22 days prior to the arrival date (Bank fees apply).
- NO REFUNDS in the event of cancellation or modification 21 days or less prior to the arrival date.

Low Season (from April 16th to June 30th and from September 1st to October 31st):
- Payment in full is required to confirm the reservation.
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 16 days prior to the arrival date (Bank fees apply).
- NO REFUNDS in the event of cancellation or modification 15 days or less prior to the arrival date.
